Technology

Organic substances as brown coal, petroleum, plastic waste and plants as well as plant remains which do not come from the food chain are transformed diesel oil, bitumen and water. This is achieved by a chemical catalytic process and not thermally due to the patented process.

The transformation of organic substances into high quality diesel oil or bitumen takes place pressure less, the same process as nature but only in a few minutes in lieu of millions of years, and with zero impact to the environment.

100 years have lapsed between the first Nobel Prize honored discovery of coal liquefaction and the development of our prestige partners patented technology. “Catalytic pressureless depolymerisation”. The process also facilitates a transformation of brown coal, all other organic materials, plants, wood, plastic, etc. to diesel oil economically efficiently and without environmental burden.

With very high efficiency relatively low system and operating costs, no need for any energy supply because the system has its own enables extremely low production costs possible. There are no chimneys and no exhaust gas torch in system which makes it environmentally friendly. EFFICIENT - 
The technological process is that advance as an example, when brown coal is transformed to diesel or bitumen in with following conversion into electricity; approx. 2/3 of the brown coal is saved in brown coal power plants.  Take the technology one step further as an example with the use of the process, the efficiency increases from approx. 60% to approx. 93% compared with the traditional pyrolyse technology. Consequently, a 50% higher efficiency results. Introduce the technology in most situations will only provide added benefits.

CLEAN - In traditional thermal energy production the majority of substances used are burnt. The toxic substances generated escape with the water vapor into the environment. With our process that works at low temperature (less than 250 °C) exclusively produces diesel, bitumen and water. Environmental toxins as dioxin, furans, olefins, resins, coke and methane are even not generated due to the low process temperature.

EASY- Uncomplicated installation of our technology within a closed system that requires no water. With low investment and maintenance costs the facility can be operated with ease and without any danger.
